How We Began
We have been established since 2010 providing footcare for the local and surrounding community. January 2019 we took the plunge and moved from the local community centre to our own purpose built premises here in Great Barr.
We are now in our third year of business and it has gone from strength to strength since relocating. We have expanded our treatment rooms and also our treatments offered as well as our podiatry and reception staff.
In June 2020 we opened up our second clinic in the nearby town of Aldridge which is also having continued growth considering the pitfalls of Covid-19.
We hope to continue to grow and offer more services in the future.
Our Philosophy
The key to a successful business is first and foremost a successful team who all have the same values towards providing a great service. Here at Collingwood Chiropody and Podiatry we only employ fully qualified Podiatrists who have completed a 3 Year BSC honours degree in Podiatry along with Extended Scope Practitioners who have futher their knowledge in their specialist field.
Our team is constantly expanding with the demands of the clinic's and we now also have two Holistic Therapists and a visiting Physiopherapist on board.
Our Mission
Is to continue to grow and be the best that we can be adapting to future technologies to ensure our patients have the access to the best treatments available.
We are a testiment to this as we have recently introduced the Lunula laser for fungal nails, Swift microwave therapy for verrucas and the RS Dynamic Foot Scan for gait analysis and bespoke orthotics.
We have plans to introduce even more technologies in the coming years to make sure that we are up to date with evidence based treatments.
Excellent Cleanliness Standards
We follow strict guidelines to ensure our clinical rooms are as clinically clean as possible for each patient. We have wipeable chairs, safety flooring and hand washing facilities in every clinical room along with readily available alcohol gel for patient use.

Great Access
Both clinics have good parking, are on local bus routes and within easy access of local amenties. We also have good disabled access at our Great Barr Clinic with extra wide doors and ramp to enter the building.
Professional Services
Our team of HCPC Registered Podiatrists are able to provide excellent care for all your foot care needs.
Home Visits
We can offer home visits for people with poor mobility that are unable to leave their home. However we do encourage patients to attend the clinic wherever possible due to being able to offer a more comprehensive treatment within the clinic itself.
Friendly Staff
Our clinical and admin staff are always friendly, helpful and respectful and will endeavour to help with any of your concerns.
