Please cancel or rearrange your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time. This allows us to give that much needed appointment to other patients. 

If you fail to cancel within 24 hours you will be invoiced the full cost of the appointment.

New patients will be asked to pay for their appointment in full at time of booking. This fee is subject to the cancellation policy and is also non-refundable if the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
